These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuickReply for Messenger ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the QuickReply for Messenger browser extension and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

"User Content" means any message templates, images, text, or other content you create, upload, or store using the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

6.2 License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, backup, and transmit your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not use your User Content for any other purpose without your permission.

6.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Your User Content does not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and deleting your account.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• We discontinue the Service or material changes are made

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your User Content and account data. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).
