How do I install QuickReply?
Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store. Once installed, open Facebook Messenger or Business Suite — QuickReply will appear automatically.
How do I create a message template?
Click the QuickReply icon on Messenger to open the panel, then go to the Messages tab and click Add. Enter your template text, assign it to a group, and save.
Can I sync my templates across devices?
Yes! Cloud sync is available on the Pro and Lifetime plans. Your templates stay in sync across all browsers where you're logged in.
How do I use the quick-insert feature?
While on a Messenger conversation, the suggest box will appear as you type. Select a template to insert it instantly, or use the panel to browse all templates.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfer via QR code (Vietnamese banks supported). After scanning and completing payment, your plan will be updated within 5 minutes.
How do I export or import my templates?
Go to the Messages tab in the QuickReply panel, then use the Export or Import buttons in the header. Templates are saved as a JSON file.
What is Replace Text?
Replace Text lets you set custom text replacements (e.g. {bạn}→Anh, {mình}→Em) per conversation. It appears as a replace box in conversations when enabled.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Since payments are one-time and non-recurring, cancellation is not required. For refund inquiries, please contact us on Facebook within 7 days of purchase.
