How do I install QuickReply?
Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store. Once installed, open Messenger or facebook.com/messages and QuickReply will appear automatically.
How do I create a message template?
Click the QuickReply icon, open the Messages tab, then click Add. Enter your template text, assign it to a group, and save.
Can I sync my templates across devices?
Yes. Cloud sync is available to everyone, with no paid tier or free-user limits.
How do I use quick insert?
While you are in a Messenger conversation, the suggest box can insert templates and images directly into the composer.
How do I export or import my templates?
Go to the Messages tab in the QuickReply panel, then use the Export or Import buttons in the header. Templates are saved as a JSON file.
What is Replace Text?
Replace Text lets you set custom replacements per conversation so repeated wording can be adjusted quickly before sending.
